Public smoke (`verify/smoke.py`) checks:
- roots_sample loads (≥10 lemmas)
- schema structural constraints on packs/chains
- P_blind_01 is guest_safe and has feeling_slot prompt
- no path named `referee_only` inside site tree

It does **not** score sealed glosses.
